Under the direction of the floor manager, the incumbent serves, welcomes and greets guests at the club, obtains information and ushers customer to seat. They are expected to provide top quality guest service. Position requires standing 95% of the time. Must have a high energy level and be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods and walk the property escorting and directing guests as required. Must have the ability to assimilate information quickly. Must possess high end customer service skills, basic computer skills and has ability to converse with our guests in a highly professional manner. Must be willing to work in high traffic areas, maintain confidence, composure, and crowd control as needed.High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 12 months experience in high volume food service or customer service environment required. Employee must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Abililty to speak Portugese preferred.
