Game Manager

Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for the set up, operation and conduct of all assigned games in accordance with the policies of the Down To The Felt Club, internal controls and the rules and procedures of poker. High school diploma or GED plus gaming school certificate preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education. This is a supervisory level position. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply as required by job standards. Must be team-oriented. Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 120 minutes between breaks. Must be able to lift 80 pounds by themselves. Must possess adequate dexterity as well as fine motor hand/wrist movements, good close, color and peripheral vision. Must act with the highest level of ethics and integrity at all times. May be required to supervise up to 10 dealers and oversee up to 100 players at one time.
