Job Description

Under the supervision of the Poker Floor Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the operation and conduct of the assigned game in accordance with the policies of the Down To The Felt Club, internal controls and the rules and procedures of poker. High school diploma or GED plus gaming school certificate preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education. This is an entry-level position. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply as required by job standards. Must be team-oriented. Must be able to sit for extended periods, up to 120 minutes between breaks. Must be capable of extensive forward and side reaching, leaning and stretching of the upper torso. Must possess adequate finger dexterity as well as fine motor hand/wrist movements, good close, color and peripheral vision.  Must act with the highest level of ethics and integrity at all times.
